 PERMA-TURF® Playground Safety Surface
is manufactured from recycled automobile and truck tires and is guaranteed by TIREC Corporation to meet or exceed the playground surfacing guidelines of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (using ASTM
F-1292-93 Standard Specification for Impact Attenuation of Surface Systems Under and Around Playground Equipment) for the lifetime of ownership, subject to the conditions and exclusions listed below.
This guarantee is conditioned upon PERMA-TURF® Playground Safety Surface being properly
installed and maintained by the end-user in accordance with maintenance guidelines and with written recommendations for installation available from TIREC.
*Lifetime defined as a maximum
of Fifty (50) years from the date of purchase. Life expectancy
is based on E.P.A.'s Compliance Monitoring Section estimate
of the biodegradability of ground tire rubber.
